SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Subscriptions offered on the website are automatically renewed (tacit renewal).
This means the subscription will automatically renew each month on the subscription anniversary date unless cancelled according to the procedures described in these Terms.

MINIMUM COMMITMENT AND EARLY TERMINATION
Certain subscription plans include a minimum commitment period of twelve (12) months starting from the subscription date.
If the customer terminates the subscription before the end of the 12-month commitment period, a flat early termination fee of €100 may apply.

The cancellation request must be sent at least 30 days before the next billing date.
If the notice period is not respected, the subscription may automatically renew for an additional billing period.

TERMINATION
A – Termination by the Customer
The Client may request cancellation of the subscription by contacting support via email.
The cancellation request will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the request.
The subscription fee for the current billing period remains fully due, and no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.

B – Termination by the Platform
REKT LE VRAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription without compensation in the following cases:
• payment failure or refused payment
• violation of these Terms and Conditions
• abusive or improper use of the service
In such cases, termination may occur without prior notice.

3 / ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the website.

5 / SUBSCRIPTIONS – DURATION – TERMINATION
Subscriptions available on the website are automatically renewed.

During this commitment period, the subscription remains due in full.

If the Client cancels before the end of the 12-month commitment period, a €100 early termination fee will apply.
The subscription fee for the month during which the cancellation request is made remains fully due.

After the 12-month commitment period has ended, the Client may cancel the subscription without termination fees, subject to the 30-day notice period.
REKT LE VRAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions without compensation in the following situations:
• force majeure
• violation of these Terms and Conditions
• unauthorized copying or distribution of content from the website
• sharing account login credentials with third parties
• non-payment of subscription fees
